Lucky 4-Leaf Afghan Block - Free knitting Pattern

Today I’d like to show you a knitting block that I’ve worked on for two years and used in several Afghan exchanges. This knitting block was originally featured in one of the Antique CounterPane guides; however, since I didn’t completely ‘create’ it, I offer it for free. I see similar knitting blocks featured in the latest issues of Mary Maxim’s catalog. There is also one done in Jan Eaton’s 200 Knit Blocks, that has you make a single leaf, and join the four leaves in the corners, to make the four-leaf. That’s just too much work for me!

What beautiful knitting headband Free Pattern! I found it on Ravelry...
The headband is knit back and forth in the English rib, which is very warm and comfortable to wear. This fabulous Knit Headband is a basic essential accessory for you and your princess all year, a great way to keep warm while staying stylish! It has a twist in the middle – not only this look classy, but it’s also a clever way to hide the seam. What’s better is that the size is easily adjustable to fit for any head width.
