Basic knit/purl combinations switched up by simple stockinette-row pauses. Inspiration from an old, adult-sized acrylic cardigan. Much lovelier in wool.

This is a very popular hat as a newborn gift, but it will serve for long as the deep rolled bottom means the hat will stay put when stretched over a large head.

This shawl is PERFECT to wrap yourself up in on those chilly mornings drinking coffee out on the back porch or enjoying a glass of juice in the evening.
Created using only the garter stitch with a simple yarn over at the end of every row, makes it a great pattern for the beginner.
