The Feathered Hat is a ribbed chevron toque/beanie knit from the brim up. The stitch pattern is designed to showcase speckled and variegated yarns. Instructions for four sizes are included: baby to adult large (to fit heads ranging from 17” to 24” in circumference).
For all sizes, the pattern uses less than one skein each of a speckled or variegated color for the main body of the hat and two semi-solid or tonal contrasting colors for the brim and pompom.

The smallest size (shown) fits 6-9 months. For the medium size (9-12 months), the pattern calls for 400-500 yards DK weight yarn and US 7 needles. For the large size (12-15 months), the pattern calls for 400-500 yards worsted weight yarn and US 9 needles.
Don’t be dismayed by the number of rows in this pattern—it’s actually very intuitive. And now, thanks to the spectacular efforts of Lily Ryan, we have a chart!

Lopapeysa or Icelandic sweater is an icelandic style of sweater originated in the 50’s. It is traditionally knitted with Lopi which is the fleece of Icelandic sheep.
The minilopapeysa is knitted just like any other pullover that is made in the round bottom up with a fair isle yoke and grafted underarms. Pattern available in English and Spanish.

This is a fun-to-knit cushy reversible scarf pattern. The technique is not hard once you get the hang it.
For a wider scarf, cast on an extra 8sts for each cable you want to add. The set up row adds 4 yos per repeat, which brings you up to 12sts per cable. At the original gauge, each added cable will make the scarf about 1.6 inches wider.

This hat pattern is slightly slouchy and is extra stretchy due to the stitch pattern which is great if you like a looser fitting hat. The spiral knit hat is fun to work up and looks good in any color. Try mixing it up and making the brim of the hat a different color than the body of the hat.
