What beautiful knitting hat (Free pattern)! I found it on Ravelry...
This hat is knit from the bottom up in the round and has instructions to make slouchier. It’s sized for an average woman’s head (21-23” circumference) as stated in the CYC sizing standards. This pattern includes written row-by-row instructions for the colorwork, as well as a chart.
