What beautiful sweater knitting pattern! I found it on Ravelry...
I love the happy little cats covering the Cascading Kittens sweater by Claire Slade. It’s a short-sleeved (though that can be adjusted), top-down, circular yoke sweater worked mostly in colorwork cats.
